Navigation:  Common Side Menu Functions > Document > Bulk Generate

Allows you to generate multiple Documents for a series of selections.

 

This will create the same document for all lines selected.

 

1.Within a Search list of either (Quotations, Policies, Clients, Brokers, etc) tick the box beside each Client (as example) you wish to generate a document for.

2.Once happy with Selection click under the Document side menu.

3.The below screen will appear;

 

4.If document service is set up, select the document you wish to generate. This will generate the selected document for all items ticked.
