The following provides detail on the Common Functions Titles and their use within the UnderwriterCENTRAL™ system.
Common Functions Titles are Task, Document, Communication and Attachment. Notes are a common Detail Tab found in the Main Window of each area.
•Task – Task assigned for completion
•Document – Documents generated by the UnderwriterCENTRAL™ system
•Attachment – Attachments saved from communications received or external documents
•Communication - Allows the recording of Communications, and the sending of faxes and emails. You can add Attachments and Documents to the Communications, and these are locked and stored so you can access them at any time
•Notes – General notes common to the area you are in.
