In order to delete a document, check the box next to document you wish to delete, then simply click on from the side function menu and a confirmation pop-up will appear.
Click in order to delete the document.
Note: the last column of information is the Document Status. There are 4 different status types:
•Working: Any document created via the Create New or Quick Add Document areas.
•Sent: Any document that is attached to a communication and that communication is then sent.
•Received: Any document received via fax, scan or email.
•Created: Any document that is copied.
You cannot delete a Document that has a status of Sent or Received.
