In order to create a new document, click on under the [Document] side function menu to open up the Generate Document screen.
•Generate – Select to generate the document and save automatically in the documents section.
•Generate & Open – Select to automatically attach to new communication to send via email or fax.
•Generate & Send – Select to generate document and edit.
•Queue & Generate – Select to generate document and place in Document Queue.
The Generate Document Screen will open up a Detail bar of all template documents pertinent to the area you are working in (the above image was taken when in the Client area and the Document, Create New was selected).
