Navigation:  Quotations > Quotation Functions > Copy Quotation

When  Quotation record has been selected, click and this will make a Copy of the Quotation record the user is currently in.

 

All the data, including the Detail Tabs, will be copied.  This will create a chain in the history of this quote so that the details at the current point in time are preserved.  This can be useful when a quotation has been sent out and new information requires the quotation to be reviewed.  By coping the quote the user will retain the history of what the original quote was before the new changes.
