Navigation:  Quotations > Quotation Functions > Duplicate Quotation

When a Quotation record has been selected, click and this will make an exact Duplicate of the Quotation record the user is currently in.

 

 

Once you have pressed OK, all the data, including the Detail Tabs, will be duplicated.  This will create a chain in the history of this quote so that the details at the current point in time are preserved.  This can be useful when a quotation has been sent out and new information requires the quotation to be reviewed.  By duplicating the quote, the user will retain the history of what the original quote was before the new changes.
