Navigation:  Quotations > Quotation tabs > Referrals

The Referrals Tab holds a list of the referrals that have occurred as a result of Business Rules that trigger based on the responses entered in the Quotation Forms and/or from doing a Get Rating.  If you have been assigned the proper authority, you can choose to override these referrals to enable the Quotation to be completed.
