Navigation:  Common Side Menu Functions > Document > Quick Add Document

Allows you to quickly generate documents saved in the Document Template Editor.  The Quick Add Code can be alpha, numeric, or alpha-numeric.  The maximum length of this code is 10 characters. These Codes are created when creating the Document Templates (see Document Template Editor).

 

 

Type in Quick Add Code and click to retrieve. The Document will be generated and stored under the Document Detail Tab of the area you are in. To open the document  click the Documents Detail tab and click the button.

 

Select to generate document and place in document Queue.
