Navigation:  Admin > Security Functions > Permissions > Main Window Permissions

will open the Main Window Permissions.  This area enables the Administrator to set access by Main Menu Area, Screen and Field.

•Screens - the specific Main Window screen (eg: Quotations Screen)

•Field - these are specific to the Screen you have selected.

 

Select the Role, Main Menu and Screen Area from the drop-down menus and click Load.

 

 

A list of Fields will appear.   Select if to be visible and editable for the selected Role, Main Menu and Screen.

 

 

Tick the corresponding Display field for that Role, to View the chosen Field of UnderwriterCENTRAL™  .

 

Tick the corresponding Editable field for this Role to Edit the chosen Field of UnderwriterCENTRAL™  .

 

Once finished with the specific Role, Main Menu and Screen Area, save the changes/updates and then select a new combination of Role, Main Menu and Screen Area.
