Navigation:  Quotations > Option Functions > Decline

With the Option screen open and the Option Detail tab open, select the Option by clicking on the user is to Decline.

 

With the Option open, click . The user will be asked to confirm this request. Once saved the Option can not be edited.

 

 

Notice that the Status has been updated to Declined.

 

 

 

 

Click to save the data.
