Click on under the [Attachment] side function menu to open up the Attachment screen.
•Attachment ID: The UnderwriterCENTRAL™ system automatically allocates an ID to the attachment.
•Type: The UnderwriterCENTRAL™ system automatically allocates an attachment type. The attachment type will be taken from the document upload file name e.g. .doc for a word document or .xls for a spreadsheet.
•Attachment Name: Type in name to refer to the Attachment as.
•Status: Click box and select appropriate current status of attachment.
•Status Note: Type in any additional status notes if required.
•Attachment Description: Type in description of attachment.
•Category: Automatically saves as 'Attachment'.
•Upload File Name: Click to search for a file. Once found select file the name and click Open.
•View - Click to open and view attachment.
•Edit - Click to open and edit attachment.
•Save - Click to save attachment to file system.
•Cancel - Click to cancel new attachment.
