This function provides an easy method to bulk create withdrawal records for outstanding creditors. A withdrawal record will be created for each selected payee with all transactions [either invoice/credit notes or claim transactions] meeting the selection criteria automatically allocated to the withdrawal transaction.
When in the Main Window, click this will open the Auto Generate Withdrawals Window.
•Payee Type: This will automatically default to Insurer.
•Class: This will automatically default to Insurer Premium.
•Payment Date: This will default to the current date.
•Ledger: Select a ledger from the drop down menu.
•Account: Once a ledger is selected, this will automatically be entered in correspondence to the ledger selected.
•Payment Method: Select the method of payment from the drop down menu.
•Currency: Select the appropriate currency from the drop down menu.
Once the relevant criterion has been selected, click on Load. you will then be presented with a list of transactions needed to be paid.
•Mark as Complete: Check the box if you wish to mark the selected withdrawals as the status of "Complete".
Complete all the relevant details in the window, ensure they are correct and click on .
