If you leave UnderwriterCENTRAL™ idle for more than 30 minutes and then attempt to undertake a function it will timeout. Go back to the login screen and enter your username and password. If you get the red text (see screen shot) tick the box and then reenter your username and password. This will override your previous session and take you back into the Dashboard.
Note: If you had failed to save your last changes you may have lost these. Likewise the timeout will have cleared your History.
