When you hover the cursor over the All Entities top menu tab, it will give you a drop down list of all the system's Entities; i.e Client, Broker, Insurer etc. You can keep information of all types of entities, eliminating the need for multiple Client databases. This area allows comprehensive details to be stored against each Entity.

 

 

Note: Additional Entity Types can be added through Administration.
