Navigation:  Quotations > Quotation Functions > Decline Quotation

If the Underwriter or Insurer has declined to proceed with the Insurance, select the Quotation so that the details pertaining to the Quotation are visible by clicking on to be Declined.

 

With the Quotation open, click .   The user will be asked to confirm this request. Once saved the Quotation can not be edited.

 

 

Notice that the Status has been updated to Declined.

 

 

 

Please note,  a quotation can only be declined if its in an editable state.
