The Forms Tab will change depending on the requirements of each product. Please refer to product administration for further details. The product requirements are setup through UC Studio.
When you hover the cursor over the 
tab, you can navigate to a specific area of the form via the drop down list to enter and customise a claim product type.
Below is a sample of how a Motor Vehicle type product would look like.
